INSTALLATION
1. INSTALL NO. 1 TRANSMISSION OIL COOLER HOSE
|
(a) Install the 2 No. 1 transmission oil cooler hoses with the 2 clips.
|
2. INSTALL NO. 2 OIL COOLER TUBE SUB-ASSEMBLY
|
(a) Connect the No. 2 oil cooler tube sub-assembly to the 2 No. 1 transmission oil cooler hoses with the 2 clips.
|
(b) Install the No. 2 oil cooler tube sub-assembly with the bolt.
Torque: 4.9 N·m (50 kgf·cm, 43 in·lbf)
3. INSTALL TRANSMISSION OIL COOLER AIR DUCT
|
(a) Install the No. 1 oil cooler air duct and No. 2 oil cooler air duct with the 4 bolts.
Torque: 5.0 N·m (51 kgf·cm, 44 in·lbf)

4. INSTALL RADIATOR SUPPORT TO FRAME SEAL RH
|
(a) Install the radiator support to frame seal RH with the 2 clips.
|
5. INSTALL AIR COOLED OIL COOLER ASSEMBLY
|
(a) Install the oil cooler support bracket with the 2 bolts.
Torque: 12 N·m (122 kgf·cm, 9 ft·lbf)
|
|
(b) Temporarily place the air cooled oil cooler assembly on the radiator support.
HINT:
Securely attach the claw of the oil cooler support bracket into the hole of the radiator support.

(c) Install the air cooled oil cooler assembly with the 3 bolts.
Torque: 14 N·m (143 kgf·cm, 10 ft·lbf)
6. INSTALL OIL COOLER TUBE
|
(a) Install the oil cooler tube with the 2 bolts.
Torque: 14 N·m (143 kgf·cm, 10 ft·lbf)

7. INSTALL NO. 1 OIL COOLER HOSE
|
(a) Install the inlet No. 1 oil cooler hose and outlet No. 1 oil cooler hose with the 4 clips.
HINT:
-
Make sure the pinching portion of each clip is facing the direction shown in the illustration.
-
Make sure the paint portion of each hose is facing outward.
|
(b) Pass the 2 hoses through the No. 1 flexible hose clamp and close the clamp.
8. INSTALL NO. 2 TRANSMISSION OIL COOLER HOSE
|
(a) Install the 2 No. 2 transmission oil cooler hoses with the 4 clips.
HINT:
Make sure the pinching portion of each clip is facing the direction shown in the illustration.

9. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY
(a) Install the front bumper assembly

10. ADJUST AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION FLUID
(a) Adjust automatic transmission fluid
.
11. INSPECT FOR AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION FLUID LEAK
